Hello, welcome back to my brand new edition of my current songs on repeat. I’m bringing back my monthly feature Songs on Repeat! I am so excited to share the songs that I can’t help but hit the replay button for or constantly search for when listening to music.
In no particular order, I present the songs that I search for and have been listening to consistently in my endless library of music lately.
My Lover (Remix) by Not3s featuring Mabel
So I love Not3s sound, I mean the first time I heard this song, I was really bumping to it, then I listened to the remix with Mabel, who I love and it became even more of a bop and it’s so nice you know, the lyrics and the video is super cute!
Honey by Kehlani
Kehlani is bae, her voice has this quality to it that just soothes my soul and this song is everything. The video is especially aesthetically please, it is the best and I love the girl feels this video evokes and how far Kehlani has come.
Grown by Chloe x Halle
Grown • ish is the show, everyone should be watching. I mean this show has me laughing with each extremely short episode, just 21 mins. Why! This is the theme song and it is super good, it’s a vibe.
The Kids Are Alright by Chloe x Halle
Grown • ish has made me love Chloe and Halle Bailey before I appreciated them and how talented they are, I remember once spending nearly an hour on their joint Instagram page. But this song is marvellous and I look forward to listening to more music being released by them.
Special by 21 Savage
I’m not a huge Savage fan, I like some of his songs, but I don’t get how Bank Account is such a bop… But I love this song, I really love this song. It really gets me in my feelings and his so smooth on this track, that it’s hard not to love it.
Ocean Eyes by Billie Ellish
I was watching Marvels Runaways S01E09 and this song starts playing at the right time and just sets the right mood and I am in love! Like I had to watch the scene over and over again, just to listen to the song and verify how much in love I am with it. A fourteen-year-old, well she was fourteen years old then when she recorded this. She slays.
Strangers by Sigrid (R3hab Remix)
I listened to the original song, then I listen to R3hab remix, and I fell in love, so I got this one instead. Because I’ve noticed that many R3hab remixes make songs better than the original. So I’m very grateful for R3hab, but Sigrid is extremely wonderful on this song and the lyrics are equally great.
My My My! by Troye Sivan
Troye is finally coming back, I can’t wait for him to release his new music, cause this video and song is so yummy. And it’s super catchy again, so obviously an instant favourite of mine.
Buzzin’ by Alina Baraz
She has a song with Khalid, I was like oh Khalid let me listen to it, but I didn’t like it, so I listened to this instead and I was like, wait a minute she is good and then this song is now one I am constantly listening to.
In The Morning by Odunsi The Engine
He’s very talented, he knows what he is doing and his songs, just make me happy because there isn’t really a bad one out there. This song reminds me of the early 2000s, like a Sean Paul song, I can’t place it. Like it samples the beat for Make It Clap? But it’s so smooth, ethereal, such a slow jam but also makes you want to move your body.
Tommy I’m soooooo proud of you and I’m obsessed with your blog!!! Been reading all night. So happy that you’re doing what you love

I’m not a music person, so I’m actually not familiar with these. D: I have Camila Cabello (Real Friends, Never Be the Same), Dua Lipa (IDGAF) and Little Mix (Is Your Love Enough) songs on repeat. ❤
