Hello, welcome back to my current songs on repeat. “Songs on Repeat” is a monthly feature here on my blog. I am so excited to share the songs that I can’t help but hit the replay button for or constantly search for when listening to music each month.
In no particular order, I present the songs that I search for and have been listening to consistently in my endless library of music lately.
Me So Bad by Tinashe featuring Ty Dolla $ign and French Montana
I don’t really like the songs on her album, but the singles she released before hands were straight fire, so basically in the album, I think I only like 3 or 4 songs. This one included because this song is beautiful to my eardrums.
Obsessed by Maggie Linderman
I was randomly going through youtube at the end of last month and stumbled upon this song and I was instantly hooked.
When Ur Sober by Tayá featuring Yxng Bane
Here again thank god for youtube, because if not for youtube and well Yxng Bane, I would never have hit play on her song, but I’m now a huge Tayá fan because her voice is angelic.
Pynk by Janelle Monáe
No words I’ll say will do this song and video justice, but Janelle is here for all of us.
Rescue Me by Thirty Seconds to Mars
I really don’t know what made me listen to them, but I can’t help but love the songs they have been releasing lately.
Nice For What by Drake featuring Beautiful Women
Drake is a God when it comes to stellar lines, and a lot of people say they hate this song, but I don’t I love it, and also the video is so beautiful, because of the women in it and how much I love them. Letitia, Yara, Tracee, Tiffany etc. watch the video and get blessed.
I Do by Cardi B featuring SZA
I felt victimized by this song, but it’s all good, I’m not a broke bitch anymore, because your girl has gotten herself a job. Now this song is an anthem for us ladies out there.
Ring by Cardi B featuring Kehlani
You don’t hit my line no more, oh oh ohh oh. You don’t make it ring ring ring ring. So like this song is just fabulous and very relatable. Just wonderful because Kehlani vocalizing and Cardi B doing her thing, just touches my soul. This song made me get the album and I do not regret it.
What I Need by Hayley Kiyoko featuring Kehlani
my ovaries are exploding because my beautiful gay queens are on a track together.
Let Me by Zayn
Zayn videos are works of art because they tell a story, it carries you along, with the soothing sound of his voice. In my opinion, he was the nest thing that ever happened to that boy band, and he’s the only one whose solo music is worth listening to.
